Copy the Action

The Copy function allows you to copy an action, with all its configuration settings, and paste it in another location on the design canvas. This function can be especially useful when using actions like the "Send a notification" action which is likely to appear a number of times when dealing with documents and approvals.

1. Select the Copy option and you can Paste it along with its configuration settings onto another drop zone. Copying allows you to reuse an action or an action set.
2. Once you have pasted the action onto another drop zone, you can modify the configuration of the pasted action.
