Global Delivery Report
The Global Delivery Report provides two separate reports:
- Bounce: shows you which emails have bounced.
- Spam: shows you which emails have been reported as spam.
Viewing a Global Delivery Report
- On the navigation bar, click Email Marketing > Reports > Global Delivery.
- On the Global Delivery Report page, in the STATUS drop-down list, select either Bounce or Spam.
- To customize your report, perform the following tasks as necessary:

In the Show the last [ ] days field, type an amount. |

Click on the Demographics drop-down list and make your selection. |

Click on the Report Type drop-down list and make your selection. |

Generating the report |
Click the Generate button. |
