Controlled Print Options
The configuration provides the following optional features:
- Select the Enable Controlled Printing checkbox to enable the feature
- Apply a pre-configured overlay template at the time the document is printed
- Configure the look of the banner that is printed at the bottom of each page:
- Define the text that is printed on the banner and define it as controlled
- Determine the color of the text
- Select either Date Only or Date and Time to designate when the copy is printed
- Configure a custom label for the NextDocs (ECB) menu
