Role Based Permissions

You can uniquely configure role based permissions for each site in a site collection. The role based permissions are applied only to controlled copies.

To add users to a permission group:

  1. Access the site and select Site Settings from the Site Actions menu
  2. Click People and groups under Users and Permissions
  3. Click More… under Groups on the Quick Launch bar
  4. Select the Controlled Print group you want to add users to
  5. Open the New menu and select Add Users
  6. Enter or select the user(s) to be added
  7. Click OK
