Configure Workflow Scoping

To configure workflow scoping:

  1. Access the list or the library
  2. Select Library Settings and NextDocs Feature Management
  3. Click NextDocs Workflow
  4. Select a workflow from the workflow menu
  5. Select the permissions level(s) from the selection box
  6. Select the lifecycle stage(s) from the selection box
  7. Click Add

After you perform the above steps, the system presents the results in a grid.

CAUTION:
Configure the manual workflow access permissions judiciously. Only the users with permission can manually start a workflow.
