Site Checklist and Country Checklist Population

The Site Checklist is populated for a Clinical Trial Site when a new a Clinical Trial Site is created with a Trial Site ID that is not already present in the Site Checklist. The records populated are based on the information entered in the Site Document Master.

The Country Checklist is populated for Countries in the Planned Countries field of the Clinical Trials list (on the hub site) when the record in the Clinical Trials list is saved. Only countries that do not already have entries in the Country Checklist will have new Country Checklist records created. These records are populated based on the information entered in the Country Document Master.

When new items are populated in a Checklist, the items are “Missing.” Items remain missing until a matching artifact (Domain, Group, Artifact, and Country or Trial Site ID depending on the list) is approved. At this time, a workflow will update the Checklist status to be Final and the Document URL will be populated.
