Access User Alerts on This Site

  1. Navigate to the site where you wish to manage your alerts.
  2. Click on the Site Settings link on the Site Actions menu.
  3. Select User alerts in the Site Administration section of the Site Settings screen.
  4. On the User Alerts screen:
    • Select the user from the Display alerts for drop down menu. This allows you to manage alerts for a specific user. Select the user from the menu and click on “Update” button to display the alerts on the current site for the selected user.
    • Delete selected alerts by clicking on the checkbox in front of each alert that is to be deleted and click on the Delete Selected Alerts link. Click on the "OK" button on the deletion confirmation dialog.
