Export a Lifecycle Template

To save a copy of an existing template in XML format:

1. Open the Site Actions menu and select Site Settings.
2. On the Site Settings screen select Document Lifecycle from the NextDocs Administration group.
3. On the NextDocs Document Lifecycle Administration screen click on the “Edit Stages” link to the right of the template you wish to export.
4. Click on the Export button at the bottom of the screen.
5. Select Save As and select a name and location to save the template as an XML document.
