Controlled Print Report Access

This section describes how to access controlled print report for documents.

Single Document Access

You can access the controlled print report for a specific document by selecting View, Reprint, or Recall Controlled Printout from NextDocs menu on the printed document’s ECB menu. The textbox Document Name or Print ID is pre-populated with the document name.

Multiple Document Access

The system provides a link to the controlled print report on the home page under Quality Document Actions bar. This link is visible and available only to the users included in one of the controlled print user groups.
