Add the Quick Launch links

  1. Select “Quick launch” under Look and Feel.
  • Click on “New Navigation Link” and fill in the following information replacing “<Template Name> with the name of the template:
    • Web Address: /sites/<Template Name>/TrialFile
    • Description: Trial File
    • Heading: Trial Master File
    • Click on the "OK" button.
    • Click “New Navigation Link”. Fill in the following information:
    • Web Address: /sites/<Template Name>/CountryFile
    • Description: Country File
    • Heading: Trial Master File
    • Click on the "OK" button.
    • Click “New Navigation Link”. Fill in the following information:
    • Web Address: /sites/<Template Name>/SiteFile
    • Description: Site File
    • Heading: Trial Master File
    • Click on the "OK" button.
  • Click on the “New Heading” link and fill in the following information replacing “<Template Name> with the name of the template:
    • Web Address: /sites/<Template Name>/_layouts/viewlsts.aspx?BaseType=0
    • Description: What’s Missing?
    • Click on the "OK" button.
  • Click on “New Navigation Link” and fill in the following information replacing “<Template Name> with the name of the template:
    • Web Address: /sites/<Template Name>/Lists/StudyDocumentChecklist/Group by Study Milestone.aspx
    • Description: Trial Checklist
    • Heading: What’s Missing?
    • Click on the "OK" button.
  • Click on “New Navigation Link” and fill in the following information replacing “<Template Name> with the name of the template:
    • Web Address: /sites/<Template Name>/Lists/CountryDocumentChecklist/Group By Study Milestone.aspx
    • Description: Country Checklist
    • Heading: What’s Missing?
    • Click on the "OK" button.
  • Click on “New Navigation Link” and fill in the following information replacing “<Template Name> with the name of the template:
    • Web Address: /sites/<Template Name>/Lists/SiteDocumentChecklist/Group By Study Milestone.aspx
    • Description: Site Checklist
    • Heading: What’s Missing?
    • Click on the "OK" button.
  • Click on the “New Heading” link and fill in the following information replacing “<Template Name>” with the name of the template:
    • Web Address: /sites/<Template Name>/viewcinicaltrialsite.aspx
    • Description: Investigational Sites
    • Click on the "OK" button.
