Approval Task Page

The approval task page contains a textbox that identifies the document request to be approved, the user who initiated the request, and provides a link to the document request metadata (Additional Details Information).

The Reason for Document option is displayed above the signature pane.

To complete the approval from the task page:

  1. Access the To-do list on the home page
  2. Click Required Action field that contains the request ID in the task title
  3. On the task page, review the Reason for Document field
  4. Optionally, click Additional Details link to view the request metadata
  5. Select either Approve or Reject
  6. Enter a valid password
  7. After completing the above steps, you must provide comments in the Comments textbox and click Submit to complete the review task
