Obsolete Change Request Approved Audit Log

If the Obsolete Change change request is approved, the events recorded in the audit log are as follows:

• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status is updated from Change Requested to Obsolete
• eApproval entry - This entry is created for each change request task completed with an approved outcome
