Content Change Request Approved Audit Log

If the Content Change change request is approved, the events recorded in the audit log are as follows:

• Lifecycle Reset entry - This entry indicates that a new minor version is created as part of lifecycle reset
• eApproval entry - This entry is created for each change request task completed with an approved outcome
• Version Change entry - This entry indicates that the document version is incremented as a part of the change request workflow
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status is updated from Change Requested to Draft
