Author Change Request Approved Audit Log

If the Author Change change request is approved, the events recorded in the audit log are as follows:

• eApproval entry - This entry is created for each change request task completed with an approved outcome
• Author Changed entry - This entry records that the document author is changed and identifies the new document author
• Lifecycle Status Change entry - This entry indicates that the document lifecycle status is updated from Change Requested to Effective
