Content Change Approval

If the Content Change change request is approved, the following events are initiated:

• The document’s version is incremented to the next major version
• The document is unlocked and no longer declared a record
• The lifecycle status is set to Draft
• The workflow status is set to Content Change Approved
• The next periodic review remains scheduled
• The latest PDF persists
• If a rendered PDF document is signed in the previous version’s lifecycle, the signatures will not be cleared.
• If the source document or an uploaded document such as a PDF file contains any digital or electronic signatures that were applied during the previous version’s lifecycle, they are cleared
