Author Change Approval

If the change request is approved, the following events are initiated:

• The Document Author field is updated with the proposed author
• An email notification is sent to the prior author, the approved author and the change request initiator indicating that the author change is approved
• The document permissions are reset to their pre-request settings and the document is declared a record
