Change Request Task Page

The change request task page contains a textbox which identifies the document title, the version and the author, and provides a link to the document and document’s metadata. The task page is the same for all change request types.

To complete the review from the task page:

  1. Access the home page
  2. Select the approval task from the To-do list by clicking on the link provided in the Required Action column
  3. Select either Approve or Reject
  4. Enter a valid password
  5. Enter the required comments
  6. Click Submit
