Role-Based Permissions
The controlled printing feature uses Role-based permissions. The permission groups for a user are the folowing:
| Permission Groups | Description |
|---|---|
| User Group | The members of a user group can issue a controlled print of a document and view that controlled print event. Additionally, the members can reprint and recall any controlled print that you initiated. |
| Administrator Group | The members of an administrator group can view and perform limited editing on the records related to all controlled prints performed in the system. The members can issue print, and reprint and recall previously printed records. |
| Auditor Group | The members of an auditor group can view, with read-only access, all records related to all controlled prints performed in the system. |
