FormControl

This action template defines a FormControl (like Legacy Forms).

Below is a list of input arguments:

Input Argument	Description
ControlType	Defines the type applied to a Legacy Form row.
Func	Functions (separated by semicolon) that can be given in the Func field of a Legacy Form row.
ItemAtrributes	Item attributes that can be given in the `Item-Attribute` field of a Legacy Form row.
Options	Additional options can be given in JSON syntax.
Func0 - Func4	Name of a function to be applied. You cannot specify both the `Func` and the `Func0` - `Func4` input arguments.
