Downloading a Suppression List

Suppression lists give you the ability to specify which email addresses should not receive a specific message. For more information about suppression lists, see About Suppression Lists.

You can download any suppression list that has email addresses to a CSV file, from either the Lists page or the Manage Suppression List dialog.

Downloading a Suppression List from Lists Page

1. On the ListsTo open the Lists page, on the Navigation bar, click Email Marketing then Lists. page, select Suppression List from the List Type drop-down list.
2. Point at the name of the desired list and click Download CSV.

The email addresses from the suppression list are downloaded to your browser's default download location.

On the Manage Suppression ListTo open the Manage Suppression List dialog, point at the name of the list and select Manage Suppression List. dialog, click Download CSV.

The email addresses from the suppression list are downloaded to your browser's default download location.
