Folder Sync Readiness Checks Trouble Shooting
The following readiness checks apply to the Folder Sync feature. If the Folder Sync fails, follow the instructions below to resolve the issue.
 Folder Sync Status: No Active Folder Sync Servers Registered.

Possible Solutions
- Confirm that support has enabled the feature.
- Ensure a Folder Sync enabled client has been installed.
- All Folder Sync prerequisites are completed. For more information see Folder Sync Prerequisites.
 Folder Sync Status: No Exchange servers are assigned to an active Folder Sync Server.

No Exchange servers are assigned to an active Folder Sync Server.
                                                         
                                                    
Readiness Check No Exchange servers are assigned
- Click the Map Servers... link.
- Choose a server from the bottom pane and click the Action to Add to Folder Sync Server
- The server will now be assigned and appear in the top pane.
