Viewing Undeliverable Mail in the Dropbox

If configured to do so, during an activation, Email Continuity places mail it cannot deliver (because it cannot resolve an address, or for some other reason) into a Dropbox, where it is held until recovery. Administrators logged in using the root account can view undeliverable messages from the AMS Admin Console.

To view undeliverable mail during an activation:

  1. From the AMS Admin Console, click Your Account.
  2. Click Access Continuity Dropbox.
  3. Manage undeliverable mail in the Dropbox webmail inbox.
