Install and Configure AMS Controller and Environment
Before installing and configuring the Aurea Messaging Solutions component you need:
- Service software - Download the install package from the location provided by Aurea Support.
- AMS Root or Super Administrator Account: You must use an account for authentication with the data center servers during installation and syncs. If you do not have an account username and password, contact Support.
