Fields Tab

Use the Fields tab to determine which information is displayed in the tree view in hierarchic levels (Relationship Hierarchy, Installed Base (BTB and OTC), Campaign Planning, Ticket and custom hierarchic levels).

To define the text displayed in the tree view:

  1. Click on (Text) next to the info area you wish to display data from.

  2. Click on (New). Click on (Delete) to delete existing entries.
  3. Select an Info Area from the drop-down list to include data from the info area in the text.
  4. Add elements as for references, see Reference Tab.
    Note: You can include data from both the Company, Person in Company and Relationship info areas in the Relationship hierarchy level. Use the company and person fields in the Company and Person in Company info areas, not in the Relationship info area. Only use fields in the Relationship info area to display details of the relationship (e.g. the type of relationship).
  5. Click on OK.

    The corresponding information is displayed in the tree view:
