Context Menu Tab

Use the Context Menu tab to configure a level's context menu.

You can:

Add entries used to access menu commands, workflows, triggers etc., see Adding Actions to the Context Menu.
Add entries used to access other levels, see Accessing Levels with the Context Menu.
Add the links defined on the Links tab, see Adding Links to the Context Menu.
Add entries used to display the history or tree view, see Accessing the History from the Context Menu and Accessing the Tree View from the Context Menu.
Add separators and text entries to structure the menu, see Structuring the Context Menu.

Default Context Menu Entries

Certain functions are defined as entries in the context menu in specific levels (e.g. Transfer to external calendar in the Activity level).

Disable the corresponding check boxes under Default Context Menu Entries to remove entries from the context menu.
Click on (Select all) or (Clear selection) to select or disable all entries.

Note: These settings are unavailable in the "Default Configuration".
