Import and Export Errors

Learn about the reject reasons for import and export.

Records can be rejected as false for the following reasons:

  • Data is missing in mandatory fields: check whether the rejected records have anything in common (e.g. no entry in the Currency field for offer records). The mandatory fields must either contain data or a default value must be defined.
  • Import or Export conditions are not met by the imported records.
  • User access rights: Verify that the user that carried out the import procedure has the necessary access rights. The user may have been assigned access rights that prevent the addition of new data.
