About CRM.phone

Learn to view version and patch information about CRM.phone.

To display version information on CRM.phone from the CRM.phone dialog box:

  • Select Help > About CRM.phone from the menu to display copyright and version information.
  • Select Help > Help to open the help files.
  • Press F1 to open the help files.

Patch Information

You can display information on your installation, such as the version number, current service pack, patch level etc.

To display the patch information:

  1. Select Help > About CRM.phone from the menu.

    The About CRM.phone dialog box is displayed.

  2. Click on the Patch Information... button.

    The Patch Information window is displayed.
