Direct Transfer

You can directly transfer calls to a third party without starting an inquiry.

To transfer a call directly:

1. Ensure that you have received the call on the incoming line.
2. On another extension line, enter the telephone number of the third party you wish to transfer the call to, in the number field.
3. Click on (Direct transfer) to transfer the call to another extension.
