Switching between Calls

You can switch back and forth between callers.

Callers not currently taking part in the call are put on hold. How many lines you can hold depends on your telephone system.

To switch between calls in Aurea CRM win and web:

  1. Establish a connection, see  Answering Calls.
  2. As soon as a second call is connected (incoming or outgoing call), the first call is put on hold.
  3. Switch to the line on hold and click on (Hold) to resume the call with the initial caller.

To switch between calls in the CRM.phone dialog box:

  1. Establish a connection, see  Answering Calls.
  2. As soon as a second call is connected (incoming or outgoing call), the first call is put on hold.

  3. Select the call on hold and click on (Hold) to resume the call with the initial caller.
