Resetting the Telephony Software

It is sometimes necessary to reset the telephony software, for example, if the connection with the telephone system is lost.

To reset the telephony software in Aurea CRM:

  1. Click (Reset).

To reset the telephony software in CRM.phone:

  1. Click on in Aurea CRM to open the CRM.phone dialog box.
  2. Click on (Reset) or select Options > Reset from the menu.

    The status bar at the bottom of the update.phone dialog window indicates that the software is being reset.
