Customising Keyboard Shortcuts

You can customize the keyboard shortcuts used by the various commands in CRM.phone.

Note: Keyboard shortcuts are not available in Aurea CRM web.

To define a keyboard shortcut:

  1. Click on in Aurea CRM to open the CRM.phone dialog box.
  2. Select OptionsCustomize Keyboard… from the menu.
  3. The Customize Keyboard dialog box opens:

  4. Select a category.

    A list of commands in the selected category are listed under Command.

  5. Select a command.
  6. Click in the Press new shortcut key field.
  7. Enter the shortcut to be used for this command.

    The shortcut is displayed in the text field. If the shortcut has already been assigned to another command, this is also displayed.

  8. Click on Assign to assign the shortcut to the command.
  9. Click on Close.

To remove a shortcut:

  1. Open the Customize Keyboard dialog box.
  2. Select the shortcut you wish to remove and click on Remove.
  3. Click on Reset All to remove all shortcuts.
  4. Close the dialog box.
