Inquiries

If a connection has already been established, you can carry out an inquiry in CRM.phone.

To make an inquiry in Aurea CRM win and web:

  1. Ensure that a connection has already been established, see  Answering Calls.
  2. Enter the telephone number of the person you wish to direct the inquiry to in the Number field.
  3. Click on (Dial) or press Enter.

    The first caller is put on hold and the second number is dialed.

To make an inquiry from the CRM.phone dialog box:

  1. A connection must already exist, see  Answering Calls.
  2. Enter the telephone number of the person you wish to direct the inquiry to in the Number field or click on an entry in the phone book or call history.

    Click on (Dial), press Enter or select LineInquiry from the CRM.phone menu.
