Sending Aurea CRM win to the Foreground

You can determine whether Aurea CRM win should be displayed after searching for telephone numbers in CRM.phone.

Note: This option is not available for Aurea CRM web.

To determine when Aurea CRM win is sent to the foreground:

  1. Click on in Aurea CRM to open the CRM.phone dialog box.
  2. Select Options > Activate Aurea CRM win from the menu.
  3. Choose one of the following options from the sub-menu:
    • Always: Aurea CRM is always displayed after each search. If Aurea CRM is opened in the background, the corresponding entry in the taskbar flashes. If Aurea CRM is minimized, it is sent to the foreground.
    • Any Hit: Aurea CRM is displayed if any results are found in the database. These results can comprise several results or an exact match.
    • Exact Hit: Aurea CRM is displayed if a record is found that matches the search criterion exactly.
    • Never: Aurea CRM is never displayed.
Note: Corresponding CRM.phone tasks are carried out, even if Aurea CRM is not displayed. You can control the execution of tasks, see Disabling Actions.
