Using CRM.phone with Aurea CRM web

Learn how to use CRM Phone with CRM Web.

If you are using CRM.phone with Aurea CRM web, note the following:

• If CRM.phone is available, the telephone symbol () is displayed in the side bar.
  1. Click on to show the CRM.phone toolbar.
  2. Click on (Close), to hide the toolbar.

CRM.launcher

You need to install CRM.launcher on your PC, or you cannot use CRM.phone. CRM.launcher is part of Aurea CRM web, therefore, you'll find information on installing CRM.launcher in the Aurea CRM web Administrator guide.
