CRM.phone Keyboard Shortcuts in Aurea CRM win and Aurea CRM web

You can use keyboard shortcuts with CRM.phone in Aurea CRM win and Aurea CRM web.

The shortcuts are not active if an Aurea CRM dialog box or the CRM.phone toolbar has focus.

If the same keyboard shortcut is defined for both CRM.phone and Aurea CRM win or Aurea CRM web:

• CRM.phone shortcuts take precedence over Aurea CRM win shortcuts
• A message is displayed in Aurea CRM web in this case

Microsoft Internet Explorer's keyboard shortcuts take precedence over Aurea CRM shortcuts.
