Hardware Requirements
Verify that the server you plan to use as the primary controller, the AMS server, meets the following minimum hardware requirements:

NOTE
If your organization will use any stored mail/archive features, also note the hardware requirements for VaultBox machines listed under VaultBox Hardware Requirements.
NOTE
Although a dedicated server is not typically required for the AMS Controller, it is highly recommended that the AMS software be installed on its own physical or virtual server. If you are using a shared server, then no other mail related operations should function on the same server, as they might conflict with AMS resources and functionality.
