CAUTION
In some instances, if the computer’s antivirus software is running at the same time as the Export Manager runs, the antivirus software removes necessary temporary *.eml
files causing errors or the Export Manager to close unexpectedly.
Excluding the Export Manager
temporary file directory from being scanned by your antivirus software will eliminate the conflict.
The directory to exclude is Export Manager located in the application data directory. The exact location will depend on the computer’s operating system and system configuration. For example:
C:\\Documents and Settings\[user]\Local Settings\Application Data\Export Manager
C:\\Users\[user]\AppData\Local\Export Manager
Refer to the antivirus software’s instructions on how to exclude directories from scans.
