Medical Inquiries

Health specialists often make specific product inquiries. You can store these inquiries in Aurea CRM, document them and process them.

To add a new medical inquiry:

  1. The following options are available:
    • Select (Service) > New Medical Request. Search for the person you want to add the inquiry for.
    • Switch to the person you want to add the inquiry for. Click on the Medical Requests node in the tree. Click on (New).
    • You can add inquiries when documenting calls, see Call Documentation – LSI.
  2. Select the appropriate role.
  3. Enter data such as the Request topic, Item No., Cause etc.
  4. Save the record.
Note: Click on (Copy to Knowledge Base) in the header to add the inquiry to your knowledge base, see Knowledge Base.

Select (Service) > Medical Requests to display an overview of all medical inquiries.
