Budget Billing Detail Report

The Budget Billing Detail Report provides invoice-level information on Customers who are either currently on Budget Billing or on the Budget Billing plan during the time period selected for the report.

To review the complete details of a particular Customer who has been on Budget Billing:

  1. Go to the Budget Billing Detail Report.
  2. Select By Customer in the Type field.
  3. Enter the Customer Account Number in the Account No. field.
  4. Click List to generate the report.

    This report shows the following Customer information:

  • Invoices that were billed with a Budget Billing Amount - These are all the invoices on Budget Billing for the account within the period set.
  • Invoice Number and Date - These are invoice details to identify the specific invoice and its issued date.
  • Invoice Amount - This is equal to the Budget Billed amount.
  • Budget Billed Amount - This is the amount set for the account while on Budget Billing plan.
  • Current True-up Balance - This is the True-up amount due which is the result of Actual Charges less the Budget Billed Amount.
  • Estimated True-up Date - The provisioned date that account moves to True-up by the end of the Budget Billing plan.
