Activity Menu

The Activity Menu is a convenient portal for accessing the many functions within the CIS System.

The following image shows the Activity Menu:

From this menu, users can perform many functions that include:

1. Invoicing
2. Creating adjustments
3. Placing Customers on budget billing or deferred payment plans
4. Posting Customer payments
5. Viewing Customer data such as rates, market data and taxes
