Consumption Management

Learn about consumption management in CIS.

Consumption are received in the CIS system from the Utility in the form of 867. For Supplier Consolidated billing type the Utility also sends 810 to the Supplier. For details, see Transactions.

CIS team constantly monitors the consumption flow from Utility to CIS databases and immediately follow up with the Suppliers if any consumption is found missing.

Current Consumption Audit Report is for monitoring unbilled consumption.

To access it, go to Report Menu > Billing > Current Consumption Audit Report

Here you get a Customer wise detailed report of the unbilled consumption for a given Invoice Cut Off date.
