Monthly Billing of Budget Billing Customers

Once received from the Market, the monthly usage (867_03) determines the actual charges that the Customer is billed for each month but the Budgeted Amount determines the amount invoiced. Each month the Budget Balance goes up or down depending upon the difference between actual charges and the Budget Billed Amount.

Note: The Invoice Total is the amount of the Budget Billed Amount, not the total of the actual charges calculated.
