Common Tasks Bar

Under the Account Alerts section is the Common Tasks bar which provides the user a quick access to various tasks which are needed frequently.

The common tasks include:

  1. Creating a new Customer communication log. For details, see Verbal Correspondence.
  2. Posting payments. For details, see Payment Posting Options.
  3. Adjusting a Customer’s account. For details, see Adjusting Customer Billing and AR.
  4. Sending Letters to Customers. For details, see Written Correspondence.

The primary benefit of the Common Tasks bar is that it allows the user to retrieve data from different tabs without having to close and reopen windows constantly while performing a specific task.
