Removing Customers from Budget Billing

On a client's request, you can remove a Customer from the Budget Billing Plan.

To do that:

  1. Go to Customer Summary > Activity Menu > Budget Billing.
  2. Click Edit.
  3. Select No from the Budget Billing drop-down list.
  4. Click Save button.

You can validate the change on the Customer Summary screen where the Payment Plan field would no longer be visible.

As the Customer is removed from Budget Billing, the account is expected to go through certain adjustments in the next billing. For more information see, Balance True-up.
