Customer Summary Tabs

Under the Common Tasks bar there are four primary tabs designed to increase efficiency in accessing relevant Customer details by organizing data in logical segments and providing clear-cut navigation.

  1. Customer Info tab: – Allows the user to view and edit Customer contact, billing, and account information.
  2. Utility Accounts tab: – Allows the user to view and manage all premises assigned to the Customer. In this section, the user is also able to create and view transactions related to a particular premise.
  3. Communication Log tab: – Allows the user to view and manage all communications made with the Customer.
  4. AR / Billing tab: – Allows the user to view the Customer’s current account status, as well as the accounts receivable history of the Customer.

    The content in the panel below the Customer Summary tabs changes based on the selected tab.

    Furthermore, clicking the icon located at the top right corner of each tab opens the tab in a new window, thereby allowing the user to review two panels at the same time.
