Customer Overview Panel

Utilities classify Customers by types of service, account structures and functionality. The Customer Overview Panel is designed to follow this way of classification for the purpose of managing the Customer data. Located at the top of the page it displays the Customer name, account number, and master Customer name (if applicable), the type of service, the current status of the account (in parenthesis), the current bill due date, and the Customer’s current balance.

Options available on Customer Overview Panel

Here are the key functions that can be performed in this section:

  • View the Account Alerts - Click to open alerts in a new panel below the primary Customer information section.
  • View Recent Activities - Click to view the recent activity in the Customer account.
  • Print or View the Current Invoice Online - Click view the current invoice in printable format.
  • Email the Customer’s Current Invoice - Click to send the current invoice to Customer via email.
  • Post a payment - Click to pay all outstanding bills.
