Property Management Reports

Learn about the various Property Management related reports in CIS.

The list provides the name of property management reports and a brief description of the reports:

Report name Description
Management Summary This report provides summary information about the Property or properties selected. If “All” is selected from the Property filter, the report provides summary information on all the properties.
Unit Summary This report is to monitor and manage the possibility of Energy Theft. This report provides the Status of each unit within a specific property. This helps the Property Manager keep track of the CSA units that are truly vacant according to the Rent Rolls.
CSA Roll-in This report is to monitor the dates when electricity begins to flow for vacant units. This report provides the CSA Move-in Date of each unit within a specific property. This helps the Property Manager keep track of the dates the CSA units become vacant.
CSA Roll-out This report is to monitor the dates when electricity ceases to flow for vacant units. This report provides the CSA Move-out Date of each unit within a specific property. This helps the Property Manager keep track of the dates the CSA units are not longer vacant.
Usage Summary This report assists Management to detect any anomalies with Energy Usage from either month-to-month or for the same time compared to the previous year.
Accounts Receivable Summary This report provides the AR Summary information for the Property or properties selected. If “All” is selected from the Property filter, the report provides AR Summary information on all the properties.
Invoice List This report provides a list of all invoices that have been generated, printed and mailed to each property.
Credit Check Log Report This report provides summary information on the credit checking process of the each applicant.
