Skins Tab

Use the Skins tab to define global color schemes (skins) for masks, lists and tables.

For further details, see Defining a Global Color Scheme.

You can define up to three formats for each.

Users can change the color scheme by selecting View > Desktop Properties from the menu (Colors tab, Global mask colors section), see Colors in Aurea CRM in the User Manual.

  1. Click on (Load) in the Mask column to load an existing format. You can only select formats defined for the Company+Person level.
  2. Click on (Multi-language input) in the Name column and enter the name of the mask, list or table. If you do not enter a name, the mask, list or table is not listed in the Desktop Properties window.
  3. Enable the check box in the Default Value column to determine which mask, list or table settings should be used by default.

    Click on (Delete)to delete the selected entry.

  4. Enable the Apply font settings option in the Tables pane to apply the font settings defined for lists (list header and list rows) to tables, see List Properties.
  5. Click on under Summary Index Cards to load the summary index card to be used by default.
  6. Save the format.
