Skins Tab
Use the Skins tab to define global color schemes (skins) for masks, lists and tables.
For further details, see Defining a Global Color Scheme.
You can define up to three formats for each.
Users can change the color scheme by selecting View > Desktop Properties from the menu (Colors tab, Global mask colors section), see Colors in Aurea CRM in the User Manual.
- Click on
(Load) in the Mask column to load an
existing format. You can only select formats defined for the
Company+Person
level. - Click on
(Multi-language input) in the Name
column and enter the name of the mask, list or table. If you do not enter a name, the
mask, list or table is not listed in the Desktop Properties
window. - Enable the check box in the Default Value column to determine
which mask, list or table settings should be used by default.
Click on
(Delete)to delete the selected entry. - Enable the Apply font settings option in the Tables pane to apply the font settings defined for lists (list header and list rows) to tables, see List Properties.
- Click on
under Summary
Index Cards to load the summary index card to be used by default. - Save the format.
