Defining a Global Color Scheme

You can define a global color scheme for all masks, lists and tables in Aurea CRM and assign the corresponding desktop format to users, groups and stations.

For further details, see Skins Tab.

To define a global color scheme:

  1. Start Aurea CRM win as SU.
  2. Switch to the Company+Person level.
  3. Select Extras > Edit Mask from the menu.
  4. To change the background, open the Mask Properties window and change the settings in the Background pane, see Mask Properties.
  5. Define the color settings (in the Colors and Double Border (Field) panes in the Tab Group Properties window, see Tab Group Properties) of the following tabs:

    • The first tab without any tab labels (1)
    • The second tab without any tab labels (2)

This setting is used for all tabs groups without tab labels, except for the first block (1). If only one block without tab labels is present in the mask, that tab's settings are applied to all tabs without labels.

    • The first tab group with tab labels (3)

These settings apply to all tab groups with tab labels. If no tab group with tab labels is present in the mask, the settings defined for the second tab group without labels (2) are applied.

    • The first transparent tab

To do so, define a transparent tab (Tab Group Properties, Colors tab, Transparent check box).

Global summary index cards are defined in the same manner as masks. The first tab's settings are applied to all tabs.

Settings for global lists are defined under Horizontal Grid, Vertical Grid, Colors, Rows and Columns, Separators, Cell Font, Header Font, Appearance and Header in the List Properties window, see List Properties.

Settings for global lists can also be applied to tables, see Tables.

  6. Save the mask or list and exit the Mask Generator.
  7. Select Extras > Define Desktop from the menu, see Defining a Desktop.
  8. Load the desktop format you wish to assign the global color scheme to.
  9. Click on User Interface under Global Settings.
  10. Switch to the Skins tab.
  11. Load the desired formats under Masks, Lists and Tables, and enable the Default check box, see Skins Tab.
  12. Save the format.

Tables

Tables in Aurea CRM win are similar to lists, but are used for other functions (selections, print formats, appointment distribution), >> Tables in the User Manual.

You can use list formats to customize the colors of tables. Colors are assigned to tables as follows (Colors and Separators panes in the List Properties window in the Mask Generator):
