Learn to resize and move elements.

Resizing the Mask

The black frame represents the outline of the mask. Select Options > Mask Properties or double-click on the mask to enter the size in the Max Width and Max Height fields. Alternatively, drag the squares at the corners of the mask to the desired position.

Select Options > Adjust Mask Size (F7) from the menu to reduce the size of the mask to the minimum size to fit all elements.

Resizing Elements

  1. Click on an element to select it.
  2. Click on the squares at the corners and use the mouse to drag the element to the desired size.

This method cannot be used to alter the size of icons and lists.

Resizing Lists

Double-click on the list and edit the size of the list in the List Properties window, see List Properties.

Repositioning Elements

To reposition an element within the mask:

  • Drag it to the desired position with the mouse.
  • Click on the element and use the cursor keys to move it.
  • Click on the element and select Elements > Enter Position from the menu.

    • PosX : Distance from the left border of the mask.
    • PosY : Distance from the top border of the mask
    • Width: Width of the element
    • Height: Height of the element
  • Right-click on the element and select Enter Position from the popup menu.

An element cannot be placed on another element (exception: tab groups, see Tab Groups).

When moving a tab group, all tabs in the group are moved.

Note: Use the Esc key to cancel resizing and moving an element.
